Inspiring the Next Generation: Club1908, PepsiCo’s Global Insights Council, and Rotterdam College

PepsiCo in the Netherlands and the Club1908 from Feyenoord teamed up for an a powerful and inspiring session for a group of students from the Commercial Economics class at Rotterdam College.

Do you remember your university or college days? That mix of excitement, ambition, and uncertainty about the future. But how many of us had the chance to sit down with senior leaders from one of the world’s most iconic companies and ask them about their journeys?

For a group of students from the Commercial Economics class at Rotterdam Hogeschool, that dream became a reality during a powerful and inspiring session organized in collaboration with Club1908 from Feyenoord and PepsiCo’s Global Insights Council.

Led by Stephan Gans, Senior Vice President and Chief Consumer Insights & Analytics Officer at PepsiCo — and author of The Consumer Insights Revolution — the session brought together senior insights leaders from across the globe to share their personal and professional stories with the students.

 

The conversation was rich and wide-ranging: from leadership and influence to navigating career challenges, embracing change, and the invaluable lessons learned along the way. Most importantly, it was a genuine two-way exchange. While the students left energized and inspired to shape their own leadership paths, the leaders from PepsiCo walked away equally moved — by the students’ stories, their fresh perspectives, and the unique lens this new generation brings to the world.
